So many CLE programs focus on converting the tech averse lawyer to help them better serve their clients, but what happens when the problem is reversed? Tech averse clients can create speedbumps in your workflows, so it’s up to you to improve lower-tech solutions. If your clients aren’t willing or able to use technology to access, send, or sign documents, what can you do to keep things simple without compromising the level of services you provide? In this seminar, we’ll discuss how you can bridge this gap to better serve client populations with this need set.
