Please join us for the CBA Commercial Litigation Committee’s seminar that will explore the concept of judicial efficiency within the context of both Alternative Dispute Resolution and Litigation. The seminar will consist of a presentation on the when, what, and how of mediation and arbitration by a panel of JAMS Neutrals and former judges; Q&A panel focused on efficient and effective methods of case resolution by a panel of Cook County Circuit Court and US District Court judges; and an Illinois Legislative Update. Finally, please join our esteemed judges for a reception immediately following the seminar.
