Energy healing is spiritual work that has been used for thousands of years and provides significant mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and performance benefits. During this program, lawyers will learn about energy healing - what it is, how it works, what it feels like and what wellbeing and performance benefits it provides.
Energy Healing: The Best Kept Secret in Legal Wellbeing & Performance
Energy healing is spiritual work that has been used for thousands of years and provides significant mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and performance benefits. Why is this work invaluable for legal professionals?
Law firms and other legal organizations as well as individual legal professionals are increasingly making significant investments in their personal and professional development, and particularly coaching and counseling services (“talk modalities”). These talk modalities, while tremendously beneficial, only support employees at the level of their conscious awareness – i.e., the thoughts and challenges they know about. This is a critical distinction because as much as 95% of our thoughts are subconscious. Subconscious programming includes, among other things, limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging patterns, inherited and current lifetime trauma, and societal conditioning about how we see ourselves, what is possible and permissive. This means that the vast majority of support currently provided to legal professionals is only addressing a tiny piece of the mental and emotional wellbeing pie and a different type of support is needed.
During this program, lawyers will learn about energy healing – what it is, how it works, what it feels like and what wellbeing and performance benefits it provides. They will also learn how to implement energy healing as an added tool to address negative subconscious thought patterns and achieve greater wellness. Attendees will have an opportunity to experience an energy healing session during the second half of the program.
