This practical, case-driven program is designed for medical malpractice and personal injury attorneys seeking a clearer view into the earliest decision points that shape emergency care outcomes. You will learn the early, often-overlooked decisions that shape emergency cases — from pre-hospital care and EMS routing to triage and early ER workflow. 

Through real cases from an ER physician and nurse, it shows how protocols, staffing shortages, boarding, and post-pandemic pressures lead patients to the wrong facility, wrong team, or dangerous delays.
