Topic: Arts for All: Habit-Stack Your Way to Digital Accessibility
Speaker: Lisa Gavin, Founder and CEO, Data Steward PLLC
Program Description: This practical session walks lawyers through how a professional ADA/WCAG website accessibility assessment actually works, from scoping and automated scanning to hands-on testing anyone can do in ten minutes. You'll learn where creative and arts-focused sites most often stumble, why "one-click" overlay fixes fall short, and how to use habit stacking to build accessibility into your everyday work, whether you're counseling clients or building your own practice's online presence
Speaker Bio: For more than 20 years, Lisa Gavin has helped businesses navigate complex legal and compliance challenges with clarity, empathy, and a practical, business-first approach. As Founder and CEO of Data Steward PLLC, she draws on her experience as General Counsel, counsel to technology leaders, and advisor to mission-driven organizations to build programs that protect both businesses and the people they serve. Her work focuses on accessibility, AI ethics, consumer protection, and the evolving intersection of law, technology, and trust.
