When the Voice on the Call Isn’t Your Client (06/02/26)

This is a hybrid event with an in-person and a webinar option. Please select the appropriate button when registering if you plan to attend in-person. Event will be held at The Chicago Bar Association (321 S. Plymouth Court, Chicago, IL). In-person attendance is recommended for optimal participation in workshop setting.

Join us for an interactive workshop focused on deepfake risk, corporate fraud, and the evolving advisory duty of business lawyers. You do not need to be convinced the problem is real. You already know it is. The panelists will explore and provide professional responses for five hypothetical scenarios. The panelists will also address how outside expertise can make a difference in preventing and resolving these types of threats.
