Event will be held at The Chicago Bar Association (321 S. Plymouth Court, Chicago, IL). In-person attendance is recommended for optimal participation in workshop setting.

This workshop will be an interactive one, with a focus on deepfake risk, corporate fraud, and the evolving advisory duty of business lawyers.  We will cover five segments/scenarios.  The audience is not waiting to be convinced the problem is real. They already know it. This workshop is designed to give them a professional response to a threat they have not yet been able to articulate and to make retaining outside expertise feel like the obvious, defensible, forward-looking choice.
