Starting out as a junior associate can feel like stepping into the unknown. With high expectations, new challenges, and a steep learning curve, it's easy to feel overwhelmed or uncertain about how to thrive in your early legal career. In this session, seasoned attorneys from a variety of backgrounds and settings will share their personal experiences and key lessons learned during their early years in the legal profession.
