Topic: Career Development with Intention

Speaker: Andrea Yang, Career Development Senior Manager, Mayer Brown LLP

Andrea Yang will explore strategies for building a meaningful and sustainable legal career while navigating the unique stressors of the profession. She will go over how to approach career planning with purpose, manage transitions, cultivate professional relationships, and align career decisions with their personal values. The program will also examine how prioritizing mental health and well-being can strengthen professional fulfillment, support long-term success, and help lawyers build careers that are both impactful and sustainable.
