TOPIC: Mr. Lavery works for a program that monitors professionals in different fields who are recovering from substance abuse or other issues such as anger management. Mr. Lavery's program works in conjunction with similar programs in other states and actively coordinates with the agency that licenses physicians, nurses and other professionals in Illinois. He is preparing to speak regarding the statistics of professionals who have such problems and what their outcomes are when they get into an established program for recovery.
