Tort Law: Litigating in the AI Age (10/1/25)

Includes a Live Web Event on 10-01-2025 at 3:00 PM (CDT)

Join us for the CBA YLS Annual Tort Litigation seminar as we take a look at both long-standing tort issues and new developments on the horizon. Carolyn Daley, Partner, Power Rogers, LLP, will kick things off with insights into recent personal injury cases and common challenges that continue to surface in litigation. Michael McCready, Founding and Managing Partner, McCready Law, will follow with a timely discussion on how AI is beginning to influence legal practice, what’s changing, what’s at stake, and what to watch for. This program offers a practical mix of familiar ground and forward-thinking topics for attorneys at any experience level.
