Therapeutic Interventions: Family Law (04/22/26)

Includes a Live Web Event on 04-22-2026 at 3:00 PM (CDT)

As family law practitioners, we routinely encounter cases where legal strategy alone is not enough to move families forward. Therapeutic professionals often play a critical role in stabilizing high-conflict dynamics, supporting children, and facilitating meaningful parent-child relationships during and after litigation.

This program will feature experienced therapeutic providers who work directly within the family law arena. Panelists will discuss the purpose, structure, and practical application of reunification therapy, co-parenting counseling, and therapeutic parenting time. Attendees will gain insight into when these interventions are appropriate, how they function in contested matters, ethical considerations, and how attorneys can effectively collaborate with therapeutic professionals to advance their cases while safeguarding clients and children.

Designed for family law practitioners, this seminar will provide practical guidance on integrating therapeutic services into litigation and settlement strategy to promote durable, child-centered outcomes.
