The Illinois Attorney’s Guide to Implementing AI: New Guidance from the ARDC
The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission has recently published The Illinois Attorney’s Guide to Implementing AI, designed to help attorneys implement and manage AI responsibly and ethically. In this session, the Guide's primary author will walk attendees through the ARDC’s Core Framework for Implementing AI, highlight important client-communication guidelines, and provide practical strategies for adopting the new Practice Resource Kit that is included with the Guide.
