Since the recent Supreme Court case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, family planning and reproductive rights have changed. Join us for a discussion on the impact this will have for the future of family planning and reproductive healthcare, including but not limited to contraception, IVF, surrogacy and adoption for all individuals and couples, as well as the Affordable Care Act’s provision that prohibits healthcare discrimination and recent litigation surrounding denial of fertility benefits and gender affirming medical care.
