The DEI landscape has changed significantly since the 2023 Students for Fair Admissions decision, through litigation, agency action, and executive orders. Employers have adapted in various ways depending on their risk profile and organizational goals. In this session we will explore the various options organizations have to pursue culture related goals in 2026, as well as the legal and reputational risks across the spectrum.
