Student Debt Forum (4/20/23)

This is a hybrid event with an in-person and a webinar option. Please select the appropriate button when registering if you plan to attend in-person.

The Young Lawyers Section is excited to present a comprehensive overview of Student Debt, including a Young Attorney Student Debt Panel, a primer on basic financial literacy when it comes to student loans, an overview of the Public Student Loan Forgiveness program, and a presentation on the constitutionality surrounding President Biden’s recent Executive Order and the current status of litigation.
