The seminar is geared towards those individuals who will be running for office at the next General Election and the attorneys who will be representing them. We will cover the requirements for getting on the ballot, defending and prosecuting petition challenges, ethical and finance issues relating to campaigns, and an overview of Election Day processes and procedures including those relating to the rights and restrictions on who may vote.
