This seminar is designed to educate lawyers in all practice areas and with all levels of experience regarding recent changes to the Rules of Professional Conduct and the Illinois Supreme Court Rules. The seminar will be presented as a panel discussion and audience participation is encouraged.
Topics of discussion include:
New Supreme Court Rule 300 governing fee petitions;
Regulation of Intermediary Connecting Services; and
MCLE for Pro Bono Pilot Project under Supreme Court Rule 795.
