From Intake to Closing: Practical Tech and AI Improvements for Any Law Practice 

Law firms do not need to start every efficiency project by shopping for new software. Most practices already have recurring bottlenecks in intake, document collection, rekeying information, draft review, client communication, matter visibility, and file closing. This program gives lawyers a practical framework for identifying one high-impact workflow problem and improving it over a ninety-day cycle. Attendees will learn how to map the work as it actually happens, use tools they may already own more effectively, evaluate when a new product is justified, and apply artificial intelligence as necessary. The session will focus on manageable changes that reduce friction, improve consistency, strengthen client service, and preserve lawyer attention for the work that truly requires judgment.
