Nonprofits Under Threat in 2025: How the Legal Community Can Respond

Nonprofits in Illinois and beyond are facing heightened federal scrutiny for their programs around diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as well as related threats to their federal funding and other government pressure. Learn about the various legal issues implicated in these pressures, the concrete ways the legal community is responding through the Nonprofit Legal Support Project, and how pro bono lawyers can get involved.
