Negotiation and Mediation Skills (5/29 & 5/30/25)

Includes a Live In-Person Event on 05-29-2025 at 8:30 AM (CDT)

Advanced Workshop for Improved Negotiation and Mediation Skills

This workshop will present cutting-edge strategies for successful negotiation and advocacy and will provide insight on how to mediate difficult disputes.  The presenters will discuss methods to resolve issues on their merits rather than through a haggling process. They will highlight strategies to employ which will allow you to be fair while negotiating but will prevent you from being taken advantage of because of your fairness.  This program will take place in person at The Chicago Bar Association building located at 321 S. Plymouth Court, Chicago, IL 60604.
