Mental Health Issues in Guardianships (11/28/23)

At this seminar, speakers will discuss topics relating to respondents and wards with mental health issues in guardianship proceedings and the crossover with the mental health court in relation to these issues. Topics of conversation will include a respondent’s objections to appointment of a guardian, medication compliance and involuntary commitment.
