This 2-part seminar will discuss mechanics liens and construction claims on both private and public projects. Topics of discussion will also include analysis of subcontractor issues and how to recover attorney fees in construction law, Non-Binding Mechanics’ Lien Arbitration Program, construction bankruptcy, construction escrow and Imposter Syndrome and Compassion Fatigue.
