Trends tend to travel slowly to the legal profession. This session is for employers of any size who are dead set against or kind of considering letting your lawyers work partially or fully outside the office. It’s also for legal employers already flexing their lawyers’ schedules and for individuals who want to propose or enhance hybrid or remote working relationships and client service. We’ll jump-start this important conversation by addressing anticipated and unexpected consequences, using polls, and hearing from lawyers on both sides of the “in-person or not” fence. Please send your questions in advance through the registration process.
