Description: DeMaurice Smith will be speaking on his timely and powerful  book "Turf Wars: The Fight for the Soal of America’s Game". Smith is the former executive director of the National Football League Players Association. Prior to the NFLPA, Smith was an Assistant United States Attorney where he was a Homicide, Violent Crime and Terrorism prosecutor, Counsel to the US Deputy Attorney General, and a partner in major law firms.
