This seminar will engage in contemporary litigation and regulation issues in contemporary environmental law. 

Topics and Speakers:
Broad issues in the contemporary environmental regulation space, the impacts of recent executive action thereon, and potential impacts emerging changes may have on statutory and interpretive regulations.
