Issues in Accessibility in Domestic Relations (11/15/23)

This seminar seeks to address common issues in accessibility to representation in family law matters pending in domestic relations matters. Speakers will address topics including access to representation for multi-lingual litigants and incarcerated litigants, working with self-represented litigants, and access to pro bono resources for underserved litigants.
