As intellectual property becomes increasingly important to businesses and individuals, general practitioners and IP practitioners should have some knowledge of the fundamentals of intellectual property. This seminar is for attorneys  needing a refresher on their non-focus areas of IP and will provide foundational information and practice tips for Trademark, Patent, and Copyright Law.
