How To…Optimize Your LinkedIn Profile (5/7/24)

Consider your LinkedIn profile to be not only your online resume, but also a reflection of your personal brand. By optimizing your profile, you’ll stand out amongst the crowd, bring positive attention to your firm, and expand your network to include potential clients or referral sources. We will also discuss how to control privacy settings and avoid any ethical issues.

Anne Haag is a Practice Management Advisor at the Chicago Bar Association. Anne worked as a patent paralegal at a Chicago IP firm before arriving at the CBA in 2017 as the Law Practice Management and Technology department’s trainer/coordinator. She is also a certified crisis counselor and volunteers as a patient advocate in the ER. She is currently working towards her Master’s in Social Work through the University of Illinois Chicago to become a licensed mental health professional.

Chat: Open in-meeting chat, allowing you to send chat messages to and send a message to the host, panelists, and attendees (if permitted). Question & Answer: Open the Q&A window, allowing you to ask questions to the host and panelists. They can either reply back to you via text in the Q&A window or answer your question live.
