Although the benefits of having a diverse workforce have been established, many employers still struggle with hiring diverse talent. Join us for an in-depth conversation on how to recruit and retain a diverse workforce. The discussion will cover the implementation of multidimensional recruitment practices and analyzing existing systems and policies for unintended and/or historic bias.
