Description: This informative session discusses the new U.S. Department of Justice guidance on student-loan discharge while explaining how to best utilize Best Case by Stretto and Stretto Default Solutions to prepare and prosecute a student-loan adversary.  Key takeaways include: identifying clients eligible for the student loan adversaries, analyzing the likelihood of success in the student loan adversary proceeding, preparing the adversary complaint, populating and delivering the DOJ required attestation form.
