Health & Hospital Law-Hot Takes for 2025 (3/11/25)

The seminar will be in three sessions and each session will cover a current hot topic that will have a significant impact on various areas of health law, including artificial intelligence; cyber-security and privacy for health care, including updates to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA); and trends in the Department of Justice’s enforcement on health care products. Networking with the speakers and committee members will follow seminar.
