Goodnight Zoom: Nighttime Routines & Daytime Strategies for the Under Slept and Overworked

Sleep is an essential part of well-being, with a lack of sleep being associated with decreased cognitive functioning, physical health, and productivity, as well as an increase in symptoms of anxiety, stress, and depression.  Despite its critical role, far too many people get far too little sleep.

Join the CBA’s Featured Well-Being Coach, Jonathan Beitner, and explore sleep’s role in maintaining our well-being and productivity.  Leave with strategies to get more and higher quality sleep.  And – as important – equipped to identify and mitigate the challenges of practicing law on too little sleep.

Rest better when you can; feel better (and work better) even when you can’t.

At the end of this program, attendees will be able to:
- Better understand and explain how sleep supports well-being and how lack of sleep impacts our cognitive and physiological processes as humans.
- Practice routines and techniques to get more/better sleep and teach these techniques to others.
- Employ strategies to minimize the negative effects of not getting enough sleep and teach these techniques to others.
