This seminar will teach you how to form a Non-Profit 501 (c)(3) Animal Rescue/Shelter Corporation and obtain and maintain your tax-exempt status. It will guide you through issues that will likely arise with insurance coverage and potential lawsuits. It will also guide you on advocacy, specifically on promoting city/county lifesaving ordinances to keep pets in their homes that shelters should get their cities to adopt.
