Topic: The Ecosystem that is Family Office Services: Why, Where, and How to Fit In for Success
Speaker: Jim Grubman, Ph.D., Family Wealth Consulting
Dr. Jim Grubman is an internationally recognized consultant to families of wealth, family enterprises, and the wealth advisory industry. He is the author of the renowned book, Strangers in Paradise: How Families Adapt to Wealth Across Generations. Description: Doing legal work at the family office level requires expertise, complexity, and an understanding of the entire ecosystem of advisors, not just attorneys. It also will increasingly require skills many firms have been slow to develop at lower levels of wealth: collaboration, humility, systems thinking, and risk management within a team environment. This interactive webinar will outline ways to understand the unique world of family office services and what firms need to do to fit in for success.
