Fair Housing & Renters' Rights in 2026 (03/12/26)

This seminar, organized by the Legal Aid Committee, will include two panels examining current issues in the world of fair and affordable housing. The first panel will focus on the current landscape of fair housing enforcement in light of recent changes and litigation at the federal level and the second panel will focus on the Chicago Residential Landlord-Tenant Ordinance, which be celebrating its 40th birthday in 2026.
