Owning Your Worth 2024 – Exploring Financial Success & Well-Being

Women are contributing more to their households’ incomes than ever before, but women primary breadwinners often don’t participate in financial decisions that impact their future, including female attorneys who are often also responsible for financial matters related to their practice. This lack of engagement has the potential to put women’s hard-won earnings and future financial security at risk. From latest “Own your Worth” our research, a picture emerges of why so many women breadwinners are still relinquishing their power over financial decision-making. In this program, we will examine our research findings and discuss ways for women to become more engaged in their own financial decision-making and, thus, achieve better balance in life and in legal practice as they work toward their retirement.
