This timely CLE will examine the growing legal and political backlash against diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, including recent litigation, regulatory developments, and enforcement trends. Panelists will explore how organizations can navigate evolving legal risks while maintaining compliant and effective DEI programs. Attendees will gain practical guidance on balancing business objectives with shifting legal frameworks.
