Speaker Bio: Travis S. Cook serves as Senior Counsel US/Can, Corporate & Commercial Law Center of Excellence at Ingredion Incorporated. With a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, Travis provides strategic legal guidance across a wide range of business functions, including go-to-market teams, procurement, and supply chain. His role encompasses advising on complex commercial transactions, mitigating legal risk, and aligning legal operations with global business objectives. Travis is known for his pragmatic approach, collaborative mindset, and ability to translate legal insight into actionable business solutions.

Prior to joining Ingredion, Travis held roles in both private practice and public service, including positions in Cook County government, Holland & Knight LLP, and Mayer Brown. He earned his J.D. from Howard University School of Law, and holds a B.A. in Business Administration, cum laude, from Morehouse College. A committed advocate for diversity and mentorship, Travis has contributed to several professional committees and initiatives aimed at fostering inclusion and supporting emerging legal talent.
