Collection of Attorney Fees for Solo or Small Firm Attorneys

This seminar will cover collection actions and mechanisms for solo and small firm attorneys. Potential pitfalls in connection with the collection of any attorney fee will be addressed and also the defense of malpractice actions filed in connection with any fee dispute brought by a solo or small firm attorney or law firm.
