Description: This one-hour ethics CLE takes a practical look at three cornerstone rules of courtroom conduct: Rule 3.3 (Candor Toward the Tribunal), Rule 3.4 (Fairness to Opposing Party and Counsel), and Rule 3.5 (Impartiality and Decorum of the Tribunal). Using case studies and real-world scenarios, attendees will examine the ethical boundaries that govern trial practice and walk away with concrete strategies for compliance.
