With the reversal of Roe vs. Wade and the recent Alabama Supreme Court case ruling embryos are people, IVF and surrogacy are now on everyone’s radar. This panel will discuss the changing legal landscape surrounding these issues and how LGBTQ+ families can protect themselves.
