Microsoft is rolling out a new version of Outlook, whether you like it or not. In many ways the new version lacks the functionality and sophistication of the old (classic) version, though there are some interesting and beneficial features in the new product. In this program we will explore pros and cons of the new Outlook and discuss how to prepare you and your team for the upcoming change. Lawyers and their teams will understand how to leverage the new version for client communication and productivity.
Speaker:
Catherine Sanders Reach, Director of the Center for Practice Management, North Carolina Bar Association
