Better Client Intake Forms: New Ways to Gather and Use Information
There are a plethora of ways to gather information from clients (and potential clients). You want to give your clients the best and easiest experience when they are providing essential information, so what are some best practices that keep your client's frustration at a minimum. Another piece of the puzzle is what will you be doing with the information once you have collected it? Will you be using it to generate documents? Input it into a practice management application? What about collecting documents? The vehicle you use to collect the information has a direct bearing on how easily the data can be reused. Finally, if you are collecting sensitive or protected information, what tools can you use to get this information as securely as possible. We will explore tools you may already have and others you may not be familiar with to securely streamline information gathering that works for you and your clients.
