TOPIC: Great opportunity to hear from one of the Northern District’s senior judges with deep experience in antitrust and the Judicial Panel for MULTIDISTRICT LITIGATION

SPEAKER/ORGANIZATION: Judge Matthew Kennelly, US District Judge of the Northern District.
Judge Kennelly has overseen several prominent antitrust cases throughout his time on the bench, including matters involving Chicago parking meters, college financial aid practices, and text messaging fees.  Since 2019, he has served on the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation, which of course regularly deals with MDL assignment of antitrust matters.
