Speaker: Stuart Widman, Attorney, Widman Law Office

Description: Stuart Widman is a highly-experienced arbitrator, mediator, and litigation attorney, based in Chicago. In 2024, he was seconded with sponsorship to Bhutan where he taught Arbitration and Mediation at the JSW School of Law and separately to in-house counsel at the Royal Insurance Company of Bhutan (RICB). It was his fifth overseas secondment with sponsorship, having performed them before in Nigeria (twice), Lesotho, Nepal, and Cuba. The time durations were from one week to 1 1/2 years, with a range of degrees of challenge and reward.
