Stephen Brown is a partner at Esbrook P.C., which is a litigation boutique that is headquartered here in Chicago and has offices in Washington D.C. and Delaware. Stephen is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, primarily disputes involving claims for breach of contract and business torts. He has handled disputes for clients in state and federal courts throughout the country. Before starting at Esbrook P.C., Stephen worked at Jenner & Block in Chicago for around 11 years. Before Jenner & Block, Stephen clerked for a federal district court judge in Cleveland, Ohio.
Stan Sneeringer is a partner at Pedersen (pronounced “Peterson”) and Houpt in Chicago and has spent his career in technology and intellectual property law. He started law school soon after the first web page appeared and has been immersed in the law of computers, software, and the Internet ever since. Stan works both side of his practice area, litigating high stakes technology matters and counseling his clients on transactional and compliance issues. His latest passion is AI and how it can benefit both lawyers and their clients.
