2025 Illinois Labor and Employment Law Updates (4/22/25)

Panelists will discuss the multitude of new laws impacting Illinois employers in 2025, including changes to the Illinois Whistleblower Act, new pay stub requirements, expansion of the Illinois Human Rights Act, changes to the Illinois Personnel Records Review Act, Space Force Leave, Pay Transparency, and passage of the Illinois Worker Freedom of Speech Act and Illinois Freelance Worker Protection Act. Panelists may also discuss pending legislation before the current Illinois General Assembly.
