Topics will include: legislative changes, such as the Paid Leave for All Workers Act and the Cook County Paid Leave Ordinance, noteworthy 7th circuit employment cases and EEOC litigation, and an overview on collective bargaining and navigating unfair labor practice charges. This review of recent developments and tips and tricks for success has been a popular favorite, and it provides information that will be useful in your everyday practice. Q&A will follow the presentations.
