The CBA’s training session meets the minimum requirements set forth by City of Chicago (Municipal Code of Chicago Section 6-10-040(b)(1)(C)(i)(b)) that anyone who supervises or manages employees shall participate in a second hour of sexual harassment prevention training geared toward managers/supervisors annually.
