Who Are You Talking To? Using A Personality Assessment to Understand and Improve Communication Behaviors (09/20/22)

Not all legal success depends upon the law. A great deal depends on effective communication with clients and productive communication with colleagues and peers. Understanding the different behavioral styles and using this learning to effectively manage clients, associates, vendors, and others can significantly elevate individual, team, and firm performance. This seminar will provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of the four DiSC® behavior styles, tips for recognizing each style, recommendations for navigating difficult communications, and best practices for communicating to groups where there are conflicting style preferences. About DiSC®: DiSC® is a personal assessment tool used by more than one million people every year to help improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace.

This CLE course will guide attendees through the basic structure of the DiSC® behavior assessment and cover topics including:
- Valuing diverse communications styles
- Understanding Associate behavior
- Improving retention and productivity
- How behavior analysis relates to the Professional Code of Conduct
